Great experience

QNhwgysjsjzvhWorking att kauai restaurafjjnt turnedgejwjj toout working at kauai was such a great experience for me because I got to about alot of things that I didn't know existed or were that much important, so I started Asa cashier, then after that, I was learning how to make the healthiest smoothies and then we went to the kitchen for some coocking lessons and also learning about how to prepare the healthiest meal. Even though making food became one of the things I liked most doing at work, the were also some challenges with the customers who had other exceptions for their meals

Youth friendly

It a very busy company and it requires one to be active.team work is there, just the working hours are too much.i have learned so much that I know every station that there.what I enjoy most is to see the team work succeed in the lunch rush hour because when we work together we get the job done fast.

Improvement

I worked in a restaurant (kauai) which is located in Rosebank. My position was a runner, i assisted in taking orders and keeping the company flowing, delivering profit which was obtained by the company. I was the centre of the company, my position was to coordinate with all the employees in the company. I learnt how to multi task and work under pressure. I accumulated my mind to be positive at all times since I had to correspond with both my co-workers and customers. I enjoyed working with my team and sharing ideas in how to improve our service and improving the company. The most challenging aspect was to keep the company running and making sure that our service does not lack no matter what...

New ChallenGe

Love my job and my colleagues, and my years with my current employee and company have been invaluable. We are still growing as a company with huge potential and I've been blessed to be part of this journey. Our culture and values are in mine with my beliefs. My career path speaks for itself in terms of room for growth and the company identifying talent and wanted to help in allowing individuals to reach their full potential, but I'm ready for a new phase and new challenge.
