The company was very good to work for until it was sold to Japanese who have an urge to use robots

The environment in the company was good until section 189 came and almost everyone took the VSP and the company was no longer the vibrant one or the best company to work for

Pros: Promotions were frozen indefnately
Cons: No problem with working hours but too much multi tasking because of retrenchments

Gained enormous interaction.locally and internationally

Self motivated; can work independently and enjoy working under pressure Team leader and team player Cost savings and working with company's goal alinement The end results of my job is to be proud of my input in the company Constant feedback to.the relevant Dept's should a situation arise eg raw material shortage or delivery delay Bulk tank.readings monitored frequently in accordance to production usuages to plan in advance deliveries

I have a great deal of experience in account/finance

I'm a proactive person who communicate and act well within a team and individually. In order to create a healthy working environment with colleague I believe we should respect each other and work as a team. My first priority in my work od to ensure that customers needs are met, and therefore i pay attention to deatail of my work, strive for 100% accuracy and willing to do more than that is expected of me I'm a fast and eager learner, adapt well to changing circumstances.

Pros: more opportunities, and growth
Cons: putting more time in my work
