I Koketso Marutla , i'm deliberately good in admin position because I have 12 months working in kalafong for internship... so I'm excelled in experience. I'm a such person who's willing to finish what I've started and I like to communicate with other people sharing ideas, so what I like most at my internship is that I receive experience on my lovely position, meaning I enjoy being administration clerk that's why I was in charge of supervising other students. If they need anything I was the one who talk on their behalf.

Accepting change as a normal

Accepting change as a normal and healthy part. of any organization. I view failure as part of learning. Advanced problem solving and ability to think logically. I posses strong managerial and leadership skills. Can improve company's image and improve myself worth as a being.

Experience gained

I managed to accumulate an experience and my working accurate increased,i had worked with many different types of people and positions I worked trying many opportunities to get to know the job and my mentor was always gives me the opportunity to work hard

Pros: Yes
Cons: I managed to work 9 hours a day and during the week was 45 and overtime added to learn something on weekends
