JRA has got a flexible working hours we do have a great relationship with my colleagues , we do work as team time management skills i enjoyed going to different training because that gave a clear picture of what the organisation lack as well as what i lack as an individual

Learnt alot,especially with roads construction

i work in the project management department responsible for processing payment certificates,running of projects and attending meetings of issues affecting the project. Work in design as well,training in design as well Worked previously on site with the Resident Engineer,to measure work done,compliance of EPWP and SMMEs issues.Worked as well with the Resident Engineer for preparation of payment certificates. I have and still enjoy working in this industry and with my colleagues

Pros: love challenges,can work long hours
Cons: not very vocal
