Its an environment where a person needs to be flexible in terms of working hours, one needs to be always on top of his game. Overall its a great working environment for enthusiastic people.

They pay very well. The work is highly stressful but rewarding Very technical environment. High paced daily tasks. Very supportive teams and very safety conscious plant and people. High end teams and professional systems and manners

Change is a constant

Typical work day is interacting with people. Great culture and mostly young workforce. I’ve learnt patience, communication, attention to details, pushing for what I need. Challenge is Production takes priority over training, you have to be visible to get it done.

Johnson Matthey is the big company that always put their workers safety first. They respect their workers and clients. They follow lifesaving policies and site safety rules and also promote off the job health and safety awareness for employees

Pros: They always promote good service to the clients and operate 24hrs a day with three shifts working 8 hours each
Cons: Normal working hours

Excellent salary as per my educational background and experience

TkkkThis a big company but the leadership is so autocratic. There is low employee morale. The company has got a great s. furthermore, recruitment and placement of personnel i is so poor. There is also not proper employee retention. There is modern slavery employed by the executive.system though.

Active team player.

I am currently working as a line leader in a production company. I got this position because I was an active team player. I start and close batches on MES and SAP. Change over the machines and prepare for the next batch. Doing fault finding if the is a problem. Working with integrity. Producing the conforming parts for the customers following the customer requirements on RF850. Interact with co-workers. Safety cautious at all times.

Pros: Looking for growth
Cons: work well under preasure and self motivated.

Just and equitable compensation

Ensuring the safety of workers and legal compliance. Maintaining ISO 14001, OHAS 18001:2011 standards. Coordinating SHE meetings. Doing legal appointments. Conducting risk assessments and implementing the risk controls. Management of contractors to ensure they comply with legal requirements and organisational safety standards.

Pros: Executive management supports safety initiatives
Cons: No equal remuneration

There is lot of opportunities

I have been working in this company for 15 years and i really enjoyed my stay, growth , people and the environment. We have a canteen, a gym, clinic and family days. This company take care of its people and promotions are available.
