Good organization to start a career
I I have worked for 3 years at the organization and I have gained technical knowledge and skills so I am confident that I can work on any project that I'm given and I can grow in the industrial automation industry as I have built panels and programmed Allen Bradley plc using ladder logic with rslogix 5 000 software.

Excellent Development opportunity
People orientated organization that promotes work life and family balance. Work across sectors in both the manufacturing and the commercial business. Young organization that is constantly changing and implementing improvements in production and streamlining administration. I have learnt to deal with contractors, especially the management of labour brokers and dealing with the intricacies of their employees. Management Union meetings also allows for employee issues to discussed before they become disgruntled.

The experience I got was to be delegated as a Responsible Pharmacist.
My typical work day was to manufacture an antiseptic liquid following a batch document. One of my duties was to review and update the documents. As a delegate Responsible Pharmacist my duties were to observe if all personnel adhered to the cGood Manufacturing Practices with regard to manufacturing, document auditing, and in-process quality tests. These duties were done: ensure consistent compliance to all quality activities, liaise optimally with product testing laboratories, to ensure quicker turnaround times of results to release products.

Very competant and willing to learn
A positive individual with commitment and willingness to go the extra mile. I am a self-motivated initiator with passion for delivery. I have good interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills. Experience has gained me good organizational skills, ability to deadlines and being able to reliable driver. I am always eager to learn
I always seek improvements, have a logic mind with a practical approach to problem solving and thus insuring compliance to systems and standards and well in a team. I have gained planning, execution, time management skills, understanding of validation processes and good manufacturing and documentation practices as required by my role.
Pros: there is a lot to learn with regards to processes, equipment, utilities, reviews and qualifications

Great growth
Johnson and Johnson is a family like company so much the environment is friendly for everyone. we work well together. I work with people from different diverse backgrounds. I have learnt a lot including manufacturing, process controlling of equipment, safety and health, management.
