I am an highly self motivated electrical technician and a good team player.

Perform planned and preventative maintenance and electrical breakdowns on all electrical equipment and instrument including plcs,vsds,softstarters,level and flow transmitters,temperature sensors,pressure transmittersactuators,scada, MV switchgear,HT switching,inspecting and testing installations and issue COCs,Attend to electrical standby duties,Supervise and impart knowledge and skills to surbodinates and ensure they are working safely arcording to OHAS Act.

I need to impart my SHEQ knowledge and also learn from my team.

I am a good lessons and take instructions well. I love the people I work with hence it's easy to share information so that everyone may have the same knowledge. I am a team players and I am not afraid to let others shine. I am good at conducting incident investigations, risk assessments and contractor management. I am passionate about implementation of SHE systems.

Pros: I never leave work without finishing the work for the day. I would rather stay late and know that the next day I will start new work.
Cons: I end up doing other people's work because I finish my work fast.

Excellent Learning Curve

My typical day at work is not inspiring because i embark with the same thing of uploading bank statement and other duties. I get along with everybody what i notice about myself though is that i do not appreciate unfair in their dealing,unprofessional,unethical people when i find out that i tend to withdraw and focus on what i get paid for. What i have learnt that people do not walk the talk and lead by example and i have also learnt that as people we are like fingers unequal but are met to be a team or partakers of the scoreboard of the organisation. I enjoy sharing my expertise, experience of life and learning from others to keep me humane. Right now there is nothing challenging about my job hence i am seeking greener pasture.

Willing to learn everyday

I Busisiwe Malatji have matric and computer literacy. I studied Mechanical Engineering at Central Johannesburg College from N1 to N6 but still not yet complete. I went to ATI ( Artisan Training Institute) in the year 2016 Roodepoort to do practicals in Fitting and Turning, I have phase 1 &2. I got an apprentice at Arcelor Mittal in 2017 as a Mechanical Fitter. Currently I am an apprentice and still studying with Damelin part time Project management

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Long working hours a day
