I just finished my course of Management Assistant (Office Admin) which i did at jeppe college Am currently having N4 and N5 certificate waiting my N6 certificate Am a hard worker whos will to do any work am required to do I can manage to solve and find solutions What i love the most is wearing formal it give you that respect as a person that why i chose this field and how to engage with people in a proper way

Excellent working environment

It is an environment with good Management, Normal working Hours a week. Good graduated colleagues. Administrator experience Filling, Database for College results, payment for fees, working under the Directors, Principal, Management and issuing and receiving stork and assist students with queries. My personal objective is to provide efficient and honest service through a blend of experience and continuous learning. The good communication and interpersonal skills thus gained so far in my career will help me to be good with any corporate culture. I have also help leadership positions and this has really helped me to appreciate the various aspects of leadership.

This has been my first company I've worked for and would like to see more.

On a normal day I have to insure that all marketing material is upto date and if there are any additional ideas from the directors or managers i have to develop concepts that they can look at for prints or online advertisements.

Learnt a lot

Communication wasn't passed on well from management. Capturing of Mark's on the sasams proved to be a difficulty since it was last minute but because I work best under pressure we managed to pull it off.

Pros: Schools close and we close too

Brilliant learning experience

I work 8 hours a day with a lunch of 1 hour everyday 5 days a week and the permanent stuff is kind and always willing to assist us where we need assistance. The relationship amongst us workers is awesome because we are unified and share our experiences to all reach a common. Since I started working there I learnt that two minds are better than one, so my skills in working in a team have improved so much. What I enjoy about my work is interacting with people especially clients when they leave satisfied and also making sales because it shows that I am certainly doing what I'm expected to do.

Pros: Gaining experience of a real work environment
Cons: sometimes having to come to work on saturdays and not getting over-time

There is no permanent position as all the staff are on contract that is always renewed every year.there is no training and development for employees, employees don't have benefits there is no bonuses. employees are demotivated

Brilliant workplace experience

I learn new things almost everyday by the time i leave the workplace, and the stuff is friendly so it makes it easy to work as a team.Since i got to Jeppe College i learnt that the effort you put in, will determine the end result, basically you have to push hard to work your way up and be willing to learn at all times. What i enjoy most is reaching targets and making sales. What i find challenging about my job is the effort and time i invest in it and i do not get some sort of benefits for it.

Excellent career direction and develoomdnt

In charge of overseeing 3 campus and focusing on administration, academic operations, marketing and adverting , recruiting and selection of staff. Maintainable of premises , prepare payrolls, conduct Training and development programs of staff .conducting performance appraisals of St as. Ensure appropriate economising of exams and assessments . Reporting to executive on a monthly basis . Attending meetings with the directorate to give feedback on operations .

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and career development
Cons: Long working hours and travelling

Gaining workplace experience

I work 8 hours a day and i have met a group of kind people since i joined this organisation,they are always there for one another and give us as much information as we need.I have learnt to adapt to different environments quickly and learn about different cultures and also to be a team player,and what i enjoy most is when i make sales and reach my targets. The most challenging part is the payment.

Pros: experience in the corporate world
Cons: no bonus
