It was a greate jorney to travel with this company for 6 years

I worked 9 hours per day and that was great to me cause I was working in the environment were was lot of positive spirit with my co-workers. And team work is was good for me to learn because I have started as a stock clerk and I end up promoted to Financial and administration manager. There for I have gained more experience and skills from this company . The most challenging aspects it was the pressure and the deadlines especial during month end when the store is full of customer . In this case I have learn to priorities in the busy environment and gained the skills of multitasking and I have learn that team work is very impotent .

Pros: I acheaved BRM certificate
Cons: working hours were nomal as i sined the contract

For my day to day work

I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash, before working i check how my work for the day looks like give my self a target fo the day , my relation with my team mate is very good beside getting the work done we realy share some good laugh alot nd i feel they are like my second family , i have learnt to respect time as its something we cant control at all , i enjoy maeeting my target and excelling it , not finishing my work in time is one of my challenges at work.

Leadership

Manage the day to day operations of the call center, start by planning the working strategy such has how many agents to be allocated to a campaign, attend managment meeting in the morning to discuss the previous days performance and challenges. I had an excellent working relationship at all levels. The one thing that I have learnt is leadership and how to be a good leader, when you are a leader that is able to leader your staff you will get outstanding results. What I enjoyed the most was satified customers as well as reaching the set targets. In such tough economic times it was a challenge to get higher incentives paid out for the top achievers however managed to reward staff diffrently.

Team work

Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity . Give yourself target and time to rech you daily target . E g to be above the graph. Ensuring that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities .E g to order stock in time in order to certify customers needs. Design and empliment business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals eg plans promotions and target .lunching new products and services , keeping clint informed and engaged and producing effective marketing proposal.develop Creative measures to not only increase client portfolio but maintain current and keep current customers as well. Always be at work 30 minutes before you start to work in order to prepare your day and diaries your work to recall your daily plan . Team work is a key to success. Monitor your work and time Perseverance is the mother of success Wining team awards No stock complaints

Excellent learning curve

No learning opporrunity

Hours are to long and no morning for over time..working on holiday and sartuday..no day to rest.lack of communication between manegement and the staff .

Excellent and a learning curve

Well currently am being challenged enough and an every day is a learning curve for me to always be on top of my game and do what i love but most importantly its the dynamics of relations i encounter every day with every staff member. I have learnt that i tend to be a workaholic and i have seen that i can go beyond any expectations.

Willing to share my ex xpirience and to learn

Administration, good relationship with my colleagues ,i have learned to be calm at all times ,I have enjoyed my job everyday, The most challenging part was to deal with unreasonable customers eg ,they will want their goods to be delivered same day that was impossible
