Good learning

I was a good employee at JD Supply Chain Services I really enjoyed my position and having a good relationship with my colleagues and my seniors. It opened opportunities to study and grow at the same time. I am always eager to learn and grow that's what I like mostly about my position. I was with a great team with support from my management. The least that I didn't like about this company it was the retrenchment that was happening now and then it's not easy to loose job especially as the breadwinner. But there was nothing I can do to stop that, I was the employee at some point. It's not like you choose to be retrenched. As for my side I did the best I can at my work. I really enjoyed all my daily duties, to help every time when they need me to other departments. I also enjoyed mentor staff members and motivating them.

Staff excellence

I have been in company for almost ten years now. I Did grow tremendously however I think im up for a different challenge now. My days at my company is usually great but recently it has become uncertain. I enjoy working with the right people.

I've learned that working at JD you are treated fairly at all time with respect

I am a heard working person who is able to work under pressure. I don't say much but I report what us needed to be. And continue to do whats right. I'm a a person who like exploring different thing in life. This opportunity will give me a new mean of life, were I believe I will learn something new. Wish me luck :)

Excellent customer service skills

Working as an outbound customer service coordinator for over five years, I developed a team management skills from route planning, loading standards, fleet control, client liaising and ohasa procedures.

I like working in warehouse inviroment I consider myself an expert in the industry been involved with opening new warehouses and and fix existing ones which does not perform well I like challanges , i thrive on it

Good work ethics

In the years I have spend with this company, I have learned many skills and developed good knowledge of different brands. I learned how to handle and ship different furnitures, how to deal with customers but most of all this company has prepared me for career in this field.

Most incredible working curve for my logistics experience

Great team work with other workers,learned to respect other people's opinions and positions,month end pressure is the one thing that made us close as workers as it made us see that each and every department cannot without another...our team building activities for admin department was the best..the worst thing that happened was little salary and got retrenched
