Exiting company to work with

It was an exiting company to work at because it a retail shop so you most spend most of the time working at the shop ..9to6 waiting the whole day dealling with different customer ...the managerment and other co-workers was the most amazing people i had a good relationship with them...by working at jam helps me to gain my self confidence because sometime i had to do presentation each and everymonths give feedback to my mentor when we go to trainings infront of other interns and the management.. The most challege aspect was i was being paid by stipend there was no bonus and the hours a long and we mostly spent lot of time at the floor standing the whole day .

Learning curv

Involved customer care,till operation,ensuring dept. Properly stock at all time and general same floor security My relationship with my co workers was great I have learn how to work in group and how to merchandisers I enjoyed working with the floor cos am good with customers Till poin was the most challenging cos I was nulti-tasking

Positive and growing learning circle

Great place to work at, more especial if you like retail. Great and amazing team formed with team morale I learnt alot in sales and marketing as well as customer service I enjoyed the most for being a team player, and contributing in company success Competitors: sometimes we don't make such money so we have to come up with solutions or alternative way to make sales

Flexible and passionate

The most thing i enjoye with retail in the month is December ,its where now we push our sales and meet our tagert of the months its a bizy month we become more flexible and energetic at the same time.i enjoy working in the shop were i work as a team and to became one family.my job description was to count my stock evrydae a high value,etlist 10 items per day,and also to make sure that my department reach the target everyday i was working at ladies department.i hv lean how to push a sales,handle the customers.the most challenging was to work with short staff its very complicated,hanging of stock,marchendising,and olso working at till at the same time its very difficult becase you can't handle the whole work at the same time.

Growth and experience

I consider my self good manager ans a team player im leader of 10 permanent and 6 casuals and 3 45hrs employees. I believe i have grown a lot in running such a busy store in soweto.

I have been with jam clothing for three years now, and I have grown but I believe its time for me to venture into other places.I work very long hours and its far from were I live so I'm looking for something better

Self motivated

At the company is busy day by day, what i like the most is that we are positive team players, hard workers and always meet company requirements, also learnt about how to treat a customer, care for the customer and also motivate the customer on how he/she would benefit from buying garments that u selling
