Team player and problem solving skills

I'm currently working in Linbro Park. Its been 2 weeks since I've started with the company. Its a very intimate work group of not more than 100 employees. Its very important to be a team player because with such a size in that fraternity everybody's effort is highly needed. I've learnt that skills alone wont make you a greatest employee but you also need emotional intelligence. The challenging thing is reaching a group target because we have alot of new staff coming in and out after 3 months, some even absconding, it really becomes difficult to reach a group target because the workforce is insufficient.

Pros: Growth within the group is promising
Cons: You have to be patient

Excellent learning curve

I would like to grow in the business that I work for whether it be with my position or money but I feel that here I'm just wasting my time,the pay is very bad I'm in a learnership program and other people have been working here for years but they still earn as me

Pros: Great opportunity for growth as an individual
Cons: Very little money
