Great way to learn and better my skills
My daily task include filling out leave forms for absent employees and receiving their sick notes if they were absent due to illness. My co-workers are mostly, if not all older than me so i get to learn a lot about from them as they have been in the environment for longer than i have but they also respect me because the work I do is sometimes important for them. I have learnt that I have to be a patient person in order to work well with other people and develop the necessary skills that will help me communicate well with them. Mostly I enjoy interacting with people of different personalities and getting to know how to cope with those personalities. The most challenging part is having to deal with difficult employees especially because this is a construction site and most of the employees are generally unskilled so it can be difficult getting them to understand certain things.

Great learning curve
With this letter I wish to apply for the Administrator position available at your Company, In my 3 years of professional experience as an owner of a Day-care, I successfully covered several tasks including multiple phone lines, filing, and other admin duties. As an addition to my experience as a Junior project manager/Operations Administrator, I am fully equipped to work in busy environment, have strong administrative, finance, strong communication, management skills, team handling, meeting deadlines and targets, Risk management, problem solving skills, quick decision maker and service orientation skills. I have been working with several software programs like: Microsoft Office 2003 – 2010 Syspro Windows 8.1 Smartsheet I also made sure on every project that all the network cabling is installed and working accordingly to plan.

Excellent learning experience in different industry
Great team work within the head office. Job is challenging but rewarding. Big jump from previous company industry to current industry. Downfall there is no company growth. No perks or bonuses. No balance between work & life. (Work is life)

Excellent experience in accounting and running a branch excluding sales with 15 people
Worked from 7:30 to 4:30 My co-workers have seen me as the mother for the branch even thou I am a very strict person. I have learned a lot about accounting in the last 11 years with Interconnect Systems. I don't have the certificates but I have the experience. I also had the opportunity to get the experience in Health and Safety OHSAS 18001 as a SHE coordinator for the branch. I enjoy a challenge and to get to the end with good results. I also like rules and regulations. The most challenging aspect of my job was to get the staff to follow the health and safety rules.
Pros: I got experience in accounting up to Income Statement with out have to go for any courses and to work on Syspro accounting system.
Cons: There were no opportunity for promotions with in the branch of PE as the next step was moving from Admin Manager to Branch Manager. But due to me having no technical experience the was no change of me getting promoted unless I move to a new province.

Fixing Fibre breaks, installation od cameras, data cables
It is a feat learning curve for a person fresh from school. The a lot to learn about the telecommunications industry. There's even courses that you attend to better your skills. hool.

Learning curve
I get along with my co-workers. We have a good working relationship. Team work is our middle name. We work with deadlines and I manage to meet my dead lines on time. I have learned to be patient and have inproved my computer skills. Communication with clients have also improved and I have created a good working relationship with them as well. Internal communication is sometimes a challage as mis-understanding come up due to language (afrikaans and english) But the overoll environment is warm and welcoming

Excellent People skills.
I have hands-on experience with a wide range of projects. Accustomed to fast-paced projects where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple jobs is the norm, I enjoy a challenge and take pride in my work. I am a person who sees challenges as opportunities to learn and I believe that I am the right person for this position.

Okay thanks
I did learn much on interconnect systems, reason I say this, it's because I worked with different type of technician and many of them were my teamleader, some has 19 years working on interconnect systems and other 17 years, 15, 12, 10, 8 years, and all of them have different styles and type of work, but in one purpose and one goal, (data network cable) that's why I say i learn more experience on network data cabling on interconnect systems. Thank you
