I work many hours with different dentists and have learned a lot from a lot of procedures done everyday, i worrk well under pressure, i get along with my co-worker that makes me understand everyone, and im willing to go the extra mile

It was a stepping stone

I've enjoyed working with the intercare I've learned a lot and my co-workers where very friendly and helpful to me ddnt have any challenges I loved working 7 to7 shifts it was the first time ever if I can go back anytime if I get a change

Im enjoying work at intercare everyday wee meet different challenges which learn to calm and being strong we are team player and builder we doing assessment together .I learn a lot of things how to work with people know that my patient are always come first im now a commitment person who can work under high pressure with no little supervision of professional nurses, eager ,we working we working different shift nursing is most challenges job were u want to see your people alive becoming better to their condition

Learning curve

I enjoy working with my colleagues as we assist each other especially in touch times. I've learnt communication is key when working in a group as this is how we learn from another. The most exciting part for me is to give patiemts a better understanding of what is happening on their accounts. Reconciliations can be a bit tough when numbers are not balancing but I always find the joy in it when the problem is solved.
