I am the best employee

working in my my company is hard work because i have to make sure i reach the deadlines in time.I have good communication with my co-workers i respect and treat them as they are my family what i have learnt is that working as a team is best because it makes the company grow bigger since there wont be any mistakes and damages we believe every one view and opinion counts.I enjoy computer work because that is what i excel at the most.The most challenges at my workplace its the management sometimes they don't treat us well since their salary doesn't meet our expectation.

Pros: I would love to get a promotion one day since i am a hard worker and do best on what i do
Cons: we work more than normal hours per day

COMMUNICATION WITH ALL STAKE HOLDERS AS THE MEDIATOR

ON DAILY BASES I HAVE TO BE PUNCTUAL ON TIME BECAUSE ALL WORKERS THEY MUST REPORT TO ME FIRST MY RELATIONSHIP WITH WORKERS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS WAS VERY GOOD I HAVE LEARN TO RESPECT EVERYBODY EVEN YOU HAVE A SENIOR POSITION TO HIM/HER AND I ENJOY LEARNING NEW GOOD THINGS EVERYDAY WHICH CAN TEACH ME HOW TO HANDLE ANY SITUATION THAT YOU MIGHT COME ACROSS WITH BUT TO WORK ON RAIN WEATHER WITHOUT PROPER EQUIPMENT I HAVE WORKED TO THIS COMPANY FOR 7 MONTHS

Pros: TO BE THE HR MANAGER ONE DAY
Cons: I CAN WORK EVEN OVER TIME WHEN IT NEEDED
