Very diverse and exciting

itis very excitingto work with such diversity but also overwhelming with so many changes happeningall the time I am unable to see what i am typing on this screen

Excellent working curve

we have a great working environment and we work flexible hours i have a great relationship with my co-workers they are very caring and supportive i have learnt so many things in department and the system that they use e.g VIP payroll and ESS system i enjoy preparing monthly payroll and processing leave forms and attending to employee inquiry when you deal with an employee who didn't get paid

Good team work

A very busy everyday at work environment. Work closely and very well with teammates. Learned that, being the hard worker does not guarantee anyone a job when retrenchment hits on employees. Being able to standup for yourself, will guarantee you a future in the business. Facing retrenchment is a huge challenge for any employee especially in big companies like Imperial.

A typical work day for me consists of calling on franchise stores, managing merchandisers, and dealing with store managers and owners. A good relationship with merchandisers is important as they are your eyes and ears in the store when you are not there. I enjoy working with products in retail outlets because you are always learning something new about your product as well as competitor products. Traffic proves to be challenging some days and also store managers.

I have developed more experience as I have worked in different decisions, retail, convenience

It was a good learning curve handling different accounts, marketing the brand's to consumers,facing challenges and be able to satisfy clients when there is problems finding solutions at all times, meeting deadlines & targets not forgetting daily reports, working well with colleagues when there is team work I was availing myself even when I reach tough times,I was enjoying my job because I was encouraged by the growth that I was making in my area,even when I was doing trade visit with clients they were happy

Excellent

It is very nice to work with different people you lean lot of things, and it also build a good relationship with co-workers together with the management. The most challenging thing is to solve problems related to works as your a team leader of a supervisor.

Excellent learning curb

the most challenging part of this job is that people fail to communicate but want the work done and this is done intentionally. Feedback or communication is done on the day of submission. your ability to look inefficient happens on a daily basis simply because no one wants to take responsibility there is no office balance and no system people just work to get paid there is no passion or driven people that can inspire within the industry

Be the best in all what you do as you represent the company in most.

I have 15 Merchies and I enjoy working with them. I gave them training to take charge of their work as they are managers. I enjoy working with my coworkers as there is a lot of advice and help for a Team. What I've learned is that ''man never get too old to learn''. The support is good and the willingness to help. What i most enjoy , its hen I have made a bi sale and your name called in front your peers. Most challenging thing is when you have a slow month and you are behind with sales. I enjoy giving help and advice to customers business or personal.

Excellent learning curve

It's a very tough industry were everyday you have to be that energetic, vibrant individual and a team worker who will deal everyday will customer inquiries and services that you have to bring to them.
