Checking that the stock in the loading cages are correct Making sure that the correct pallets of stock are loaded on to the vehicles assigned for different destinations Helping with palletizing and destacking of stock Making sure that the stock is 100% complete according to customer’s specifications before loading Completing loading diagrams Issuing cage release documents Reporting and resolving any discrepancies Cage Reports Organizing Vehicles to Load Loading stock onto a vehicle well before the appointment time with customer Assisting the driver to get correct paper work (Loading Sheets and Invoices) Making sure that the driver gets crew to assist with the offloading of stock and making sure everything is 100% correct Issuing of gate passes

Best person for the job
Is well spoken love interacting with people I deal with customer queries from stock returns collection orders deliveries Deal with the reps,principals and my management team Communications is very important in my line of work I log calls regarding returns,collection sample orders special orders On a daily basis I love what I do only problem is that there is not room for growth where I am Thank you
Pros: Assisting where I can. Communicating to principals and keeping everyone up to date. Love working with people normal day will be. Running outstanding order report deal with returns sort it out with in a time limit. I have grown to know everyone I work with and deal with a lot of people everyday solve queries change orders to correct depots answer calls or call customers if any problems may arise
Cons: Dealing with rude customers. Pressure is most high on peak seasons and we work right through the year sometimes public holidays.

Gaining knowledge on Food Safety Management Systems has been a big and beneficial learning curve.
Generally our days are pre-planned and may include auditing our warehouses, HO, etc. However, there are days when I have to attend to meetings and teleconference meetings with other colleagues and / or principals (suppliers). I am a team person and therefore enjoy a good relationship with colleagues. I believe in working hard and having fun at the same time. I enjoy the challenges that go with my work as it entails auditing your traditional operations activities, Food Safety systems and financials. The most challenging thing about my work is getting to make people understand the purpose of internal audits. People normally see auditing as a means of exposing the weaknesses of their activities, not as something that is intended to help them to better manage their activities and/ or processes.

its a good working environment and i have a good relationship with my co-workers .they are very helpful and very understanding..i have learnt VIP system and ESS system and preparing payroll to the shared service

Very good enviroment
Imperial is a good learning company in the logistics and transport field.their are some God and bad days but depends on da individual. Co workers and working together as a team. I have learnt a lot of the new systems .I enjoyed travel ing to store's. The challengeing part of my job is to find stock losses .

Excellent learning curve
Production driven fast paced and enough to keep you on your toes. Picking responsibility and ensuring production completed. Accountable for staff and warehouse when night shift. Accountable for MHE and OHASA.

Excellent working environment
good working environment with loving people and i really enjoy working at imperial but unfortunately its once of intern i have a good relationship with my co-worker understanding i learnt a lot things like VIP system and ess system and how to deal with employees on the telephone i like the preparing monthly payroll because that`s where i understand better about payroll the most challenging job is when u deal with employee regarding forfeit leaves and unpaid salary

Great learning industry
in this industry we work with receiving, storage, picking and distribution of stock. the department that i am working at is a mother body of this company. our job is to make sure that the receiving side is balanced and there are n shortages, picking is running smooth. the stock is not damaged or short dated before we send it out for deliveries. it is a great department that is challenging and you learn may things within it. my co- workers are easy people to work with cause they are team players whom their main focus is to archive a goal at the end of business day. the challenging aspects is shortages cause we need to investigate what caused those shortages.
