Good company to work for and good working curves

Excellent company to work for, but due to the company closed down we were all retrenched and it was a learning curve for me as it was my first company I worked for I started at a lower level and grow within the company. My best achievement it When the company implemented SAP systems I was also a part of the supper user's , that went to our head office to learn the system. I was representing the finance department and came to teach our debtors staff

Good knowledge in the field of logistics

Imperial health sciences is a good company but the leadership is autocratic and employees are not much considered but overall the environment is good is a good learning curve and this empower one knowledge

Sales and Merchandising

It was an amazing experiencing for Imperial and Honeydew dairies , at imperial our business was a complicated one whereby we did warehousing sales , merchandising for third party manucaturers like Mccain foods , Lancewood , Astral foods just to name a few .

Pros: Very good training and further growth facilities
Cons: Reduction of Reps and Merchandisers

Imperial Journey

Prior to joining Imperial I had worked as a buyer at Business connexion from December 2013 to Feb 2016 I started off as a Management Trainee in 2016. I gained experience at various departments to understand the full supply chain. I then got promoted into being a Demand Planner for the company. Unfortunately the Company is retrenching everyone and I had to start looking for a different Job.

Pros: Lots of room fro growth
Cons: Company is clsing down
