Lessions I have learnt at DHL and ICS

I have learnt lot of skills in my current workplace such as management skills, people management, self and relationship management ,decision making and problem solving.

Pros: Where I am working now I started as a driver in 2008 promoted to a dispatch clerk position within three months promoted again as a transport supervisor because of my hard working and dedication promoted again as warehouse controller. I also trained 3 people that is the Transport Controller, Warehouse controller and Transport supervisor they are now performing best in the company
Cons: 10 hours

I view myself as a good communicator with excellent listening and liaison skills, capable of negotiating across all levels of management.

Communicational skills, Route experience

Working under pressure is what i have been working with,receiving phone calls from customers and getting lost but finally I completed my job. We were getting along just fine,even if as people we react differently when angry but we had a strong bond. A have learned so much for example communication with customer, handling some pressure, I know Gauteng in and out. I enjoyed travelling around and working with my customer because some of them we have a strong bond. By working with money because sometimes when handling cash,it may short and you have to replace it.

Pros: working hard to get promotion
Cons: Long working hours

I've been given a chance to learn.and i am now multi skilled I can run a distribution alone

I am currently multi skilled.i am now ready to work for big company that can relay on me.i am a very hard worker.i am willing to change and bring my dreams into the real world.

Pros: I've been working with good quality of being a group leader of people.ive learnt to deal with different kinds of people.i can now handle conflicts of stress towards working under pressure.
Cons: I am working long hours and am used to it
