Always something to get involved in and to learn

- A typical days work includes: Plant checks; Daily meetings; Daily performance reviews; continuously look for solutions to problems and plan on solving/reducing negatives; Manage and lead team; Monitor and control expenditure; Monitor sectional performances; Adhere to OHS legal requirements - Relationship with coworkers is professional - I have learnt that you never stop learning and getting better. There is always a way to do it better. I have also learnt that teamwork is key as well as empowering people - I enjoy success and growth of myself and employees - The most challenging aspect of the job is to keep the staff motivated and also to ensure the most work gets done in spite of having limited resources.

I have this adaptive skills of working well with other employees.

The environment I was working in was eco-friendly and I get along with other employees. The communicarion that existed between myself and other co-workers was healthy and the executives were friendly too.

Analysis/Development/Deployment

1. As a engineering leader, a portion of my day is spent on strategic analysis, strategic development and strategic deployment. 2. I am constantly trying to link team activities to the business's purpose 3. I am involved in designing business tools, which ensures better ways of working, cutting waste out the business, and creating visibility of the common business denominators 4. I help manage teams in developing processes, which then drives behaviors thus deriving expected outputs.

Excellent learning curve

It was very great working there. I gained a lot of experience and my supervisor made sure that i was having a work time of my life. People were also nice a so supportive.
