Excellent learning curve

It was a good learning experiece on how the voting process is done. I learned how to interact with all age groups regarding assistance. I got to see how important being disciplined at is.. I saw how important time management is. I picked up that if your work environment amongst other stuff members is always positive then we will be able to work as a team and help guests. I enjoyed the experience and also it was my first experience. My relationship with other staff was great because we worked as a team. What i found challenging was not being able to help guests when we were short of working equipments and everyone was worked up and angry, causing an intense mood for the whole stuff.

Pros: Great way to learn how to help elderly and other age groups
Cons: Long working hours

GREAT EXPERIENCE

I had a great experience i learned how to work with people in different levels and cultures. I was working under pressure in order to reach target and meet dead line.I enjoyed cause i didn't know that to work under pressure it gives me a courage to finish my job in time. The most challenging about it is we were given some locations to capture and we were not allowed to go home before you finish.

Pros: great opportunity to knw more about the company
Cons: normal hours

I've learnt that without adapting to life there's no progress and growth

Work is challenging especially dealing with many personalities and skill and experience and behavioral patterns of different people and what i learnt is sometimes you must learn to communicate and collaborate well with other work members in order to perform at maximum capacity and climax in bringing the total best out of the company and compromising is one of the most important responsibility to keep in mind in order to contain order and a direct flow of business and not fights , group work is very productive in completing deadline and finishing heavy workload and a good personality finishes the job perfectly

Pros: Perfect opportunity for progress in learning and development in growth
Cons: Overtime and heavy workload

Good learning environment and experience

To assist the voters on the day of voting and running the station and see that everything is in order there are no any disturbance in the station. And also as a DPO you have to do all the section 24 etc in the station. Challenges are there concerning thebparty agents and some of the commuter but as long as we work together as a team the station will run smooth. This job is fun and interesting meet new faces every time. And also working hour are not bad .

Pros: Grow according to level of different position
Cons: Not bad

Excellent learning curve

My typical day at work would be doing an out reach programme where we go out to the community at teach people about democracy and what is IEC there for especially now since there are no voting processes on the run so we are a close family since there isn't a lot of us at the office.I have learnt a lot at IEC especially what democracy is about what I enjoy about it the job is diverse so you learn new things everyday talk and see new people all the time.the challenges I would say we face is not being able to make people understand what IEC is about

Pros: Great leaning environment
Cons: working for free
