Good communicator

am a hard working,dedicated person.i can work under pressure am an outgoing person who love people and can easily make friends.am willing to learn any new things bought to the company.

Pros: you learn to work as a group and you meet different people and understand different people,you learn not to judge people.
Cons: bosses telling people to do work late and says he/she wants it now and its argent,people giving others thier work and blaming others for not completing their work

Great start off work experience

I believe with the experience, skills and qualifications I should have been working in a higher position therefore recognition should have taken place

I have had the best experience at iCollege.

I have working to proof myself is what my aim is and changing the lives of people in the work area in a good way . Life has lots of chalenges and it depends on how we deal with it.

Good entry level work

I it was okay to work day to day but the company gave too much work and wasn’t run properly The Going out and doing community out reach was the best about the job where we meet young youth and get them to sign up and join the college

Excellent learning curve

I am a student at ICollege I am not working,I don't earn any salary I just receive money from my parent to pay for rent,transport and buy food.so I'm desperately looking for this job to make a living for my self so that I can support my family

Great experience

I studied at icollege for a period of 12 months and after completing I was offered with an opportunity to do my practicals and now I can type using word , print , can do presentatiom using powerpoint and im a team player and willing to learn from others what I enjoyed the most was when I was able to oparate a pc without help for the first time and most challenging was that as an administrator you have to work hard

Pros: It was a great opportunity to get recognition
Cons: The working hours was reasonable

EXCELLENT IN LEARNING AND TEACHING

AM PASSIONATE WITH MY WORK AND ABLE TO BUILD RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES,I LEARNT TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE,I ENJOY EVERY PART OF EVERYTHING AM DOING,THE MOST CHALLENGING PART IS WHEN AM ABSENT AND NOT BEING ON TIME.

Excellent learning curve

My current employment is a good company which I was able to improve my skills. The company has it's challenges that also helped me in terms of being able to adapt at a rapid pace, communication in terms of presentation. I am applying to further my career growth as I find at my current employment is very limited.

Cons: Limited growth opportunities
