I am so interested in joining your company and I and have a good working experience

I used to work as a compliance officer dealing with compliance and noncompliance from electronic media.My relationship with co-workers was a mutual one.In my previous job I have learned how to enforce compliance to broadcasters.I enjoyed monitoring broadcasters.The most challenging aspect is that I dealt with many media houses.

I am able to build relationships with my stakeholders.

I have brought a lot of changes at Icasa. In the year that I have been with them I have developed 4 policies. I am able to benchmark salaries and to conduct Job evaluations.

Appropriate learning curve

i work within the Policy, Research and Analysis division which is the think tank for all policy and regulatory policies within the South African ICT sector covering telecommunications, postal and broadcasting sectors. I generally work with other professionals who are deemed experts in their fields of specialization.

RF hunter

I have a good relationship with my colleagues and manager. I have learned to be patient and that team success is more important than individual glory. I enjoy coaching my colleagues. RF hunting involves knowing regulations and other legal frameworks. Without this knowledge might lead to litigation.

Pros: Might become a specialist or manager
Cons: Might get the authority sued by operators
