My day starts with booking in cars , being friendly and as understanding as possible with your clients is key . Once the client is booked in , we have to ensure the customer is updated accordingly as the day progresses , once the repair is completed , we invoice the job and hand over the vehicle to the client - with a full explanation of the work carried out . The most challenging part of this job is you have to deal with clients on different levels and moods which is always important to put there needs and problems first to make them comfortable .

Pros: To Grow and become a Service Manager
Cons: You have to put in that extra time to ensure smooth sailing

Very

Hard working person. Follow of policy and procedure. Always make sure CSI 90% and above. Workshop to be booked to full potential. Make sure WIP is kept undee control.

Pros: Not tax on car

Exellent brand to work for

The company I work for is a great brand to work for. The ppl that are in leadership are the blockage to us having a great earning potential. So many sales executives so little clients and nothing gets done about it. Its difficult selling under these circumstances.

Pros: No promotion
Cons: You get pinalised for every mistake

Excellent learning curve

Hyundai gave me a platform to build my self and understand customer service importance. I started on 2014 as an apprentice in the workshop,qualified 2018 july as a technician and i got promoted to service advisor position which built my relationship with customers even more.

Pros: Great platform for opportunities
Cons: Long working hours

FAST LEARNER AND HARD WORKING AND CAN WORK WITHOUT SUPERVISION.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR THE COMPANY FOR TWO YEARS FULL AS A CAR SALES COORDINATOR AND PROVE TO MYSELF TO WORKHARD AND GAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVIRCE TO THE CLIENTS.

Pros: WILLING TO GROW WITH THE COMPANY WITH LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES.
Cons: WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME AS USUAL.

Iys not aleayd eady aswell as fair,its very very stress relayed,if you dont reach target you get replaced bit i have a padsion fit what i do so i automatically do more than whats expected to reach my target so i enjoy my job but not always the place itself

Pros: Only job you can earn as much money or more than a dictor without any qualifications

Warranty clerk, petty cash , booking services with customers

Start balancing up my petty cash and do banking. once all is been banked and balance. Mailing Invoices to be paid to relevant companies Follow up on outstanding money Start doing warranty claims. Helping where they asked me to. Get food and cold drinks ready for meetings What i need the most is to make sure i do balance up to the cent

Pros: To be the best warranty clerk
Cons: normal working hours
