Excellent learning curve

I’ve had a goood experience I can’t really complain besides long hours, it was a good experience growing my customer service in such a big great company,

Not sure as yet

The staff I work with are good people who make the environment friendly and we have an excellent working relationship. I have learnt how to manage a store even when there manager is not available on the day,I enjoy working and interacting with the customers. The most challenging aspect of this job is reaching the targets.

Gained excellent experience

basically when the manager is not around i make sure that things are up to date at work corresponding with the head office duties would include opening the store and closing the store capturing all sales in the system making sure that banking is done in time receiving stock and keeping store clean and tidy at all times

Pros: no growth
Cons: not being paid overtime
