Growth

Good company. A lot of people were retrenched. Number changed from 50+ to 8. I've learnt a lot. I've grown with the company. My relationship with co-workers was great.

Pros: great team to work with
Cons: Less salary, no benefits.

Excellent learning curve

In my current employment, my position has given me the privilege of working with different departments of a media corporation. Working closely with the graphic design team, advertisers, customers, external companies, Production and sales departments – this position has allowed me to become an all-rounder media and administrative mogul. Having worked in many customer orientated positions, being highly skilled in client liaison is one of my fortes. Being resourceful, articulate, efficient, accurate and quality driven are only but a *few *of the qualities I would bring to the company.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience
Cons: No Benefits

I dealt with so many different people , learnt alot

I had to build a culture of caring and one of a go to person . I developed very good relationships with the staff and built a sense of trust , I successfully handled the learnership programme which was really rewarding . I became a coach and mentor that led to 100% retention . having to discipline senior management was very hard , Teaching them leadership skills was difficult as there is always a sense of them already knowing what they know .

Pros: The company was opportunity to start a culture
Cons: Management had disregard for its staff
