Great learning environment.
As a Team leader, I start a day with the first 30 minutes going through my emails, and responding to the most important emails if need be and planning my day. Secondly, I review yesterday tickets and see if there is any pending feedback to customers. There is a scheduled daily stand up meeting to discuss problems and challenges. And if there are any pressing issues we priorities and if need be we re-assign to senior engineer (myself included). I host one-on-one sessions weekly with subordinates to touch base not only to talk about work but general things. The advantages are but not limited to the list; You can address any performance issues before they become serious. Receive feedback from individuals on what we do that is supporting or hindering progress. I have learned that having good communication etiquette is vital to every institution. The thing I enjoy most is troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. The most challenging part is the language barrier.
Pros: Enough room for career advancement.
Cons: Language barrier as 95% of colleagues are Chinese nationals, and micro-management structure.

Would like to have a good and healthy working environment with all people that i am working with
I enjoy to work with people and to work under pressure and I believe in the say of if you want to know more you should do it the hard way no matter hoe long or hard it will take us acjive it but we must try our best ,I don't mind to learn more and know more , I love challenges and to try something new about the environment that I work at.

The work and the company that I work for is very challenging because I work with different people and different races so we have to try to make communication works at all times I have three reporting structures where by drivers report to me and I have to repot back to the management about things that is happening in the company and the complaints from clients on how you can handle it. I enjoy working on this department and all the people that I work with .The most challenging part is when the is deadline to catch and also maybe we have lot work even on weekend and late

Contractual renewal yearly not comfortable with this. Initial negotiation not followed through.
Compatible with all personalities Competent in all duties Deadlines always achieved Team player Always looked up to in project management due to accomplishments Integrity levels from employers perspective is almost nonexistent. Saddest part of this situation is the effort you input to the gratitude you get out is not plausible. Learnt to trust less and humble your personality. Most challenging aspect of this position is the budget approval process , hence a lot of suppliers have parted ways with the company. Overall life lessons in taking an employment for granted or trust the loyalty of a business unit.
Pros: Hugh earning potential and promotions to follow
Cons: All Huawei employees are been on a contact of two years and the retained staff rate is very low do to volatile Chinese counterparts
