Good learning curve
Working more than 40 hours a week and not getting paid for those extra hours. If you not on your numbers by knock off time then won't knock off. The company culture is good and there have lots of opportunities available there is a room for growth.

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day its fun and challenging at times My relationship with my coworkers . awesome family What I've learnt and still learning how to communicate with people at work and also with difficult debtors listening skills patients there are loads more . Getting to speak to many different people everyday helping them listening to them . Getting the debtors to pay via a debit order And getting to the target set sometimes the debit orders fail or gets reversed so failing to reach target

Learning curve
I'm a very hard working individual who's also a team player i m a strong believer in team work because some day one will need help so its important to work as a team..very easy to work with I'm bubbly,energetic,I've learned that working with people you have to be patient, and always be willing to lend a helping hand to others. The most challenging aspects of working in a call centre environment is not reaching your targets..

HTN work experience.
Daily experience at work, arrive at 7 start working on dialing account, receiving training and couching from team leader and supervisor. Capture arrangements snd advice debtors on how to settle debt. During training there’s team building exercises that help encourage teamwork and that’s how we build relationships with each other m. Great learning experience, worked on negotiations skills, probing, financial literacy in managing accounts and financial institutions.
Pros: Improved skills in negotiations and time keeping, also multi tasking
Cons: Long working hours, work on weekends, salary too small and poor performance management from hr

Already know the ropes
Management these no enough quality good relationship with fellow consultants however it's very hard to raise a point with management. we have internal client which we collect for so does external once's we use different strategy which is CAD strategy I'm working cash dealing with paying client these drop off dealing with client who haven't paid for less than 3 months activation they work new accounts with account that haven't paid for 3moths or more

Difficult to work in

Excellent learning curve
I have learned so many things withing the company I work for.I am never late and never absent for no reason. My team is one exciting team which is dedicated we remain behind after hours if we see that theres alot to be done like reaching our client's target, the company target, individual target and to cover for lost time like if we have too many public holidays in a month we get together and discuss an action plan for the month. What I enjoy the most is when our Swat team come up with a theme for a specific day/date where everyone in the company participates.

Challenging experience
I have studied to become a chemist unfortunately that has not materialize, I then challenged myself by taking up this current job. Working can be both challenging and fulling especially when working with difficult customers but the end result be positive then you know you have accomplished you goal. I am team player and that is one of the prerequisite for a call centre which I embraced, thus I was able to get along with my team mates. This has taught me patience,communication skills but most of all listening skills. We re a very target driven company and we celebrating each other's achievements. My challenge is dealing with difficult customers, using negotiating skills to secure a payment at the end of the call.

Hard worker, best of my ability.
I enjoy mostly the payroll side of accounting, but all the other aspects of accounting is in my nature,. Doing the work the best of my ability as quick as possible.

Good communications skils-interpersonal skills
working for a law firm we callect outstanding amounts for different companies-capitec , foschini group etc and we have a high volume of calls aeveryday and a daily and montly target to reach
