Every day a new challenge

Site based majority of time. PMO very immature regarding scheduling and best practises regarding planning. Due to the nature of the power generation segment long hours, breakdowns adds a lot of pressure. One has learnt to 3 point cross referncing regarding progress on plant and feedback from supervisors as its a norm for the site personnel not to disclose reality regarding project status. I enjoy workiong with all sorts of people ranging from the super extroverts and the tough introverts

Pros: A lot of flexibility
Cons: Awkward hours for work
