I am working in a call centre , with a great team helping each other in reaching our target and i have learnt that a team work in important (together everyone achieve more) i enjoy reaching my target and making incentives and achieving my goals. The most challenging aspect was not to satisfy every client

I love mmy job very much.
Selling is my passion, I like all kinds of sales like inbound sales, outbound, cold calling, call center sales, direct sales and sales pitching. I also enjoy selling because I get to sign my own check.

Testing abilities and personal growth
On a typical day, it is very busy and high pressured with high volumes of sales, booking requests queries. The job requires great organisational skills, multitasking and prioritising The people are competitivebutfriendly and fun loving. The environment is energetic I enjoy working with the carat personalities and being of assistance to both the customer and internal customers.
Pros: If you are a sales consultant you can earn well, with commission

Good learning experience
As a sales agent I have learned alot,I developed a good communication skill with the ability to multitask and I learned to handle pressure too well.. I have a good relationship with my team mates and we all team player striving for achievement hence we always make sure we individually reach our daily targets that lead us to reaching our team weekly and monthly targets without a fail. As a fast learner I also learned discipline am always in time at work and am forever at work unless if there's a serious emergency offwhich I communicate with my line manager if there is.Now I have a fighting spirit I don't quit when am tired but when am done hence I make sure that I give everyday my all

Passing time
Please find out what my worth is and o love what I do making cash fast we do come in everyday and we have a meeting for 45mins and then feedback and prayer and then we start working for long and we have powerhour where we dial non stop and make sales till we drop and focus on approved same day money in the bank and we have those non performer but pull through and end of the day we leave and every sale is R100 comm on top of the 3000 basic and we have no leads we provide our own as the 1 that are there are hard but not impossible.
