More exposure and knowledge

I am very confident that I am a very good manager/leader due to me understanding what employees want and how they want to be treated as I have more than 11 years in the maintenance field as well as what top management expects which I KNOW I can deliver. I will be an asset to the company. I have all the skills that you need and so much more to offer. This post is something I am already doing and I’m good at it. I have the experience and skills for it. I just need the opportunity to show you and the company that I will be an asset and to prove myself. Help me help you.... all I need is one chance.

Excellent learning experience. Good opportunity to explore a career in Administration.

Good working environment, friendly and cooperative coligues .a perfect learning experience . Normal days work is answering phone calls, signing in delivery packages , booking for training for trainers that are coming from sasol . Making access cards for visitors and recording visitations and phonecalls. A usual paper work such making copies , typing and / scanning and printing .administer stationary and recording it .stock taking aswel . I have learnt a lot from this job and would seriously like to consider this as my second career option apart from nursing. I would really like to learn more in Administration and I find it enjoyable .

About me and my work

managing project is my daily work, conducting meeting, updating the project schedule, reporting the status of project to my seniors. i work very well with my team and we always achieve positive results by completing the project in time, in budget and not forgetting quality. i have learnt to run meetings, doing presentation and managing stakeholders i enjoy presenting the status of my projects, it gives me confidence in knowing whats happening in my projects. the challenging part is always to learn new ways of doing things due to technology, having to use diffrent template in presenating.

Pros: Yes i see myself having a great opportunity of growth and promotion within and outside the company
Cons: Long working hours should be always every project manager food

Great Learning

My typical day includes checking on clients who hasmaintenance contract to ensure we meeting our SLA. Ensure technicians and/or subcontractors are onsite. Motovating and mentiring them to look past just being a technician but to also see where we can grow the business at the same time add value to the customer. Sending service reports. Meeting with other clients Doing proposals and costings Helping the Business consultants add SLA onto their proposals. Accompany them to meetings to ensure we sellibg service as well Doing reports fir the business to show profit from service. Challenges are getting costings done through other divisions or offices in the business on time but challenging is good.

Pros: Fantastic position which gave me more exposure into service
