As Senior Admin Clerk I am responsible to procuring of goods and service, managing fleets and assets and provide support for the office operation. I compile list of goods and request quotation. I complete bi-488 with compliance of PFMA act of 1999 and sign invoice upon receipt of stock. I arrange bookings for flights, accommodation. I do budget reconciliation and shifting of funds. I do regular inspection in vehicles. I issue trip authorities and keys to drivers. I book vehicles a service, arrange for tawing. I manage transport registers. I conduct asset verification for district and office asset on floor versus asset on the register. I do barcode scanning, replacement of barcodes, sign inventory lists, and update register in baud system. I do asset disposals. I manage filing system for office records. I assist manager with statistics, compile monthly reports and assist in supervising front office and monitor work as well do quality checking.

I have learneed te capturing process using BAS and converting foreign currency into local currency
I ahve a very good relationship with my team and my directors. I receive supporting documents from regions and captiure the receipts and deposits on BAS to clear bank exceptio0ns
