Phinny is a positive person who like challenges

it is nice at my company, there is growth. we work as a team. i have learnt many things like gambling industry, how to deal with customers, communication and attitude. i enjoy working with people and sharing ideas. i like teaching people what i know so that when we working i know that we are on the same level. i deal with customers and almost every day they complain so i make sure that i try and resolve their issues, this is the most challenging thing i do everyday.

Pros: there is growth in the company
Cons: long hours and working with rude customers
