We are like one family

It is a great environment where the relationship with other employees is a healthy one and every morning there is that vibe as people arrive and most of us are bubbly and we seemingly enjoy coming to work everyday. Moreover, working with people and communities on a daily basis is what drives us because to effect a change one needs to have that drive and inspiration. We are one family yes, however as the company grows, one can notice silos and that lack of integration of programmes and projects. I enjoy working as an administrator and acting as an engine in the team by ensuring that all the needs of the team are met asap and making venues, stationery and all other equipment available for the project to be a success. The challenging aspect is that we all seem to have too much to do and I find myself having to remind people too often about what they need to give or bring to me on a daily basis, even for team-leaders to make their weekly car bookings.

Implementation of the quality improvements methods to close identified gaps

My daily working is enjoyable as I have being enjoying quality improvement project, started earlier this year. I have a very supporting and encouraging team workers who makes me feel at home and share my past experiences when I joined the team.Team work and good relationships are highly motivated me for trying new ideas. I learned that with quality improvement project you need to involve people within the system in order to achieve because they are the one who knows their system than any new personnel. Enjoy celebrating the achieved improvement with the rest of the team members. The most challenging aspects is the management of the clients initiated at the town clinic and relocate, therefore tracing and retention into care is hectic

I have learned to be strong, assertive and how to hold myself in a professional work place

We are a team of 4 in our project. We all have great a relationship with each other as individuals and as a team. My day starts at 8 am with a great morning coffee and we moderate social media accounts, Facebook, Instagram, whatsApp, website and Twitter. The moderation depends on the volume of questions asked by people. Besides moderating, we constantly have meetings with influencers about branding and our agency about advertisement and different campaigns. At 3 pm we usually have team meeting reflecting on the goals achieved for the day and also planning for the next day.

I was a great learning curve..I've learned a lot while I was there.

Working at hivsa was such a great experience. My experience there I've learned a lot. My relationship with colleagues was great, my team mates it was great working with them because we could get along very well. Working at hivsa has taught me how to work with other people especially client, clients especially the difficult ones. at
