I am still a fresher from University trying to apply my knowledge at workplace

It's and everyday thing and to get the to get the commission you have to recruit and and you need to build a clear relationship with your client and motivate them to work hard a. It's all about beingout of comfort zone.. I enjoy meeting new people everyday . And it is not easy to recruit but I try and take a NO as NEXT Opportunity

Pros: Getting more people and working hard with them
Cons: Meeting new clients anytime online or face to face
