Best thing to work there all the kind of sauces

12 hour shift Monday till Thursdays weekends of 7/ 7 shift we were a team of 10 team members worked well together but at different areas packing of products fixing the labels I have learn so many things like working in a team making of the sauces watching how the cookers did their work in the kitchen I enjoyed helping out on the machines as a operate enjoyed the meetings we had as a team before our shift started and then we would also pray also the times we got all kind of sauces as a gift most challenging was to get the product out on time get the labels right without any mistakes and to work a 12 hour shift without complaining you tired or stay out at home without a sick letter .

Pros: great way of learning things you did not know about sauces
Cons: 12 hour shift

Good learning curve

We working as a team and I have learned a lot in the company working with good competitive people that are aiming for high numbers in production. I have learned up till I became a process controller. What I enjoy the most is the competition that we have as workers that gives the company good production numbers.

Pros: A good opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Good learner. excels under pressure. Great communication skills.

I have been working at Heinz Foods for 14 years. Was a line supervisor quality controller and Team leader. I left Heinz in August 2014 to work at Herdmans for 1 year also as a team leader before the company closed down permanently. I always have a passion working with people. I am great working with different ethnics. I always was in search for finding my way back into the FMCG industry because of my passion I have for the industry I literally grow up in.

Pros: I have a good relationship with everyone one on different levels. I love my job and always give my best. I am always willing to learn more about my job. I excels under pressure and make sure my targets are met before deadline.
Cons: I am very focus. always try to find the best solutions. I work smarter not harder.

Pros: I would love to grow as company grow
Cons: I don't mind working overtime or doing shift work as long as to get to see my family
