Excellent learning curve.
-Very comfortable and easy environment. -Comfort-ability boost productivity -believe in curiosity. -Management doesn't sit on a high horse, everyone is easy to interact with. -Everyone is generally happy to help. -I've learnt more about Computers and MS OS including MS SQL than most IT students. -I've come to enjoy the environment and the degree of challenges. -The most difficult part of my job is having to nurse client emotions.

Excellent learning opportunities
I deal with 2nd level support cases logged to me. I respond to clients emails. I assist 2 call centers with their work load. Great relationship with co-workers. I have learnt a great deal about the medical industry as well as PC's hardware and software.
Pros: opportunity for promotion
Cons: promotions don't mean an increase in salary

Learning alot. I learn new things everyday in the medical technological industry
its a great working enviromnent. the people are great and the atmosphere is great. We work as a team and get new different queries everyday so you are always on your feet. I enjoy the learning aspect of everything. ifficu

Development of it skills, product development
Great company lots to learn. No real processes in place as compared to established corporates. Flexibility of hours. Hard work but with great rewards. If you love client services and enhancing lives great place to develop that skill.
Pros: Working with clients and delivering client satisfaction. Met great colleagues and people are willing to teach
