Make contact with Candidates via Email. Answer and edit candidates information on the system, if required then we will call them to complete or update their profiles. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt to use the interactive scripter and desktop (predictive dailer).Being able to assist the young people who apply with us. Handling difficult candidates but i dont let it get me down, i help those who want to be helped.

Change is the only constant
Very competitive and fast paced environments. Great team work. It is an adaptable environment with lot of change love my team and co workers. Have worked on various projects with corporates and SMME. My role is to build long lasting relationships and retaining our clients. s and growth opportunities.

I enjoy working at Harambee and i have never been late to work,but need to grow as its an NPO.
Punctuality is very important and i have never been late even once since i have started working at Harambee ,you learn new skills each an everyday since we are working with candidate the scripts are been changed so you have to be on top of your game at all times.
Pros: i was making calls before now i respond to emails sent by candidates if they want help or want to check were they standing on the sysytem.
Cons: if we have a back lock we work over time to reach our target.

An excellent 21st century organization
organization that is young at heart. The staff is very welcoming to new people in the company. Have learnt that change is the only constant. A great place to kick start your carrer as an entry level employee.

Amazing learning experience
Requires project management skills in that you need to put together a project plan and get it approved. This plan will include the budget, schedule, team, resources and candidates. On a weekly basis you manage the project against the approved plan. Administratively weekly progress reports are generated and discussed with relevant stakeholders like finance, QA, Facilitators, facilities, Key Accounts and candidates. I enjoy this role because it allows me to communicate at different levels and manage a big team.

Exellent
I enjoyed working with people especially in my team,they really supportive and working together most of the time.I learned many skills especially objection and how to handle negatives during the work.The most challenging things I face in this company is that working under pressure and meet my targets bt we overcome all that because working as team make everything easy.

Great working environment and culture
Sorry that I didn't write a proper review. I cannot see where i am typing maybe because of my browser. Harambee was a great working environment i loved assisting candidates and I loved working with the team and individually.

Excellent learning exposure
Usually stressful, and pressing deadlines. Relationship with co workers is great and motivating. learned people skills and netoworking enjoy using data in a presentable way challening part is the sudden deadlines

Great learning curve for quality work and excellent communication skills
I enjoy working with people who are inspired to meet the same goal. I have learnt to improve my communication skills and pay attention to detail. I enjoy problem-solving. I find working under limited time challenging.

Making a difference in individual lives
harambee is a great Environment to work in, where you know you making an impact into someones lie by bring change and hope to most young people who lost hope. There are challenges like any other workplace and best solution and handling those challenging is giving feedback to improve working relationship.
