Early in the morning daily stock count, comparing with what was utilized during the night. This opens the day as to what to purchase and what to issue. then get to my to do list for the day including liaison with the customers and management. Managing four teams of workers and being a workers rep which strengthens relation ship. Learn so many things from problem solving to taking good and urgent decision. The job becomes my life and I live the job. Challenges were mostly late deliveries or non supply.

Good learning curve

Very friendly co-workers though working under lot of pressure. Company has peak and off peak seasons which makes it a bit rigid. The company has undergone severe restructuring which led to some problems and pressure to some of the employes

Prominent learning curve

I am a team player and believe in team work, together with other employees i have seen and experience breaking barriers. Prioritizing work yields desirable results. Setting personal and group deadline to complete job is essential. Persuasion and sacrificing a weapon to get forward. Perseverance and temper control should always be there.

Pros: great opportunity to step up through the ranks
Cons: working long hours but time management a solution

Absolute challenging and enlightening.

A typical day starts on my diary and Stock check. Making sure i have enough staff to carry out duties of the day. I have Learned that together with co-workers either top or bottom is important. So i have to be a team player to achieve the desired results. meeting deadlines are also important and meeting them in a specific time. I really enjoy an everyday challenge from fellow workers or customers.

Pros: Very Challenging
Cons: over time some time
