I"ve excelled on my communication skills and my Accounting basics and knowledge

I had a very good relationship with my co workers because I'm a person that easily get used to other people. I've learnt a lot of information but I'll like to share the one that I personally found interesting to me, that if you don't know something ask rather than doing something that you don't know because by so doing you'll end up ruining a lot of things and I've learnt about a golden rule of not harming other people.

Pros: I was recommended by the improvement that I made through my job
Cons: when I was behind with my work I had to work long hours in order to meet the target for that day

I have gained excellent

I would say Guarantee Trust have a good working environment as a training center it have all resources that the training center need. It also have good working hours, it gives you necessary training till you understand then you pass to the next chapter. I enjoy cold calling replacing the existing to a client. The most challenging was handling a rude client.

Work readiness program

The SAICA Learnership is amazing you get to do so many things and they get you work ready.They equip you with skills such as bookkeeping,payroll and computer skills.Having been part of the SAICA work readiness program, I can only say great things so far. Everyone has been so welcoming and it's truly a fun, laid back work environment where everyone seems genuinely happy to be coming to work everyday. The atmosphere is extremely open and collaborative with open workspaces and offices. The food is ridiculous, people are happy and the office is situated in probably the most gorgeous area of woodlands office park woodmead. So far, nothing not to love!Guarantee Trust is a great company for someone looking for his or her first job.

Excellent learning curve

It was not an actual job but we did things that are done in a work place. I enjoyed every day that I spent there and we had a good relationship with my facilitators.

This is an excellent expirience

My duties is to type, scan,send emails,welcoming visitors and taking them to the right destination,directing and making calls, taking the messages.I must not procrastinate
