Exellecent learning curve

I am a 39-year-old male professional who has spent the last 13 years building a career in the IT field. I have been exposed to a number of different environments within the IT industry and through this developed a technical understanding of hardware and software and management of IT staff and business procurement as well as project management.

Excellent learning experience

My past work experience has not only equipped me with all the necessary skills required to form successful relationships with people and not to mention my major which has equipped me with the ability to study and understand people’s behaviour and attititudes but has also shown me how to make people feel valued through offering them quality service and hearing their demands and as well as making those demands achievable for them, I believe that my unique character of adding diversity and adapting in any given situation consent to those that I am assisting to have trust in me and to be comfortable in my presence.

Cons: staff wasting time on gossip

Gaining lot of experience based on product quality management

Working with people of different backgrounds and cultures but GSK got a strategy of making people to have one culture and respect each other in a way that I never saw in any other organization. GSK provides continuous training for every one to promote skills and develop every one, its just amazing.

Pros: Opotunities for skill development
Cons: work under presure all times, and a very strict rules such as do not answer a call while walking, stop and aswer it then you can go.

Work for a wonderful company where i have grown alot start on the line and work my way up been a difficult journey but 5 years ago i got my break through. Iam currently a artwork and documentation technician with i love my job work in a system called Harmony where we co-ordinate the artwork create drawing and create mock-ups. I learn to work independent what i enjoy about my job is i learn everyday new things. The most challenging part is if my work are dependant on other people.

Pros: a lot of developing
Cons: communication not key focus
