I believe that with my knowledge and experience in JDE Edwards( procurement system), Kronos, general office/HR administration, the knowledge of payroll and my ability to communicate effectively will allow me to function well in all organization and can be a motivationalist to all genders. I can implement numerous work hours and encourage hard work performance with my experience in working hand in hand with people of many different skills. I believe that my competence, experience and education will make me a very competitive candidate. I am a fast learner, hard working individual, interested in learning new challenges.

I have gained enormous experience in civil engineering, earthworks, building, underground services ( e.g. pipes installation ) and mining industry. I have also learned much in concrete and steel industry. Over the years of my experience i have work as a Production Supervisor, Buyer, Stock Controller, Receiving and Dispatch Clerk apart from Quality Job which I am currently doing. I have a very good relationship with the fellow employees and good communication skills at all levels.

Pros: Find with easy to adapt to any envoronment
Cons: Working every Sunday.

I am a hardworking,

I am a hardworking, self-driven individual that is well-qualified Site administrator who has knowledge in creditors, wages, plant and Human resources, would be an excellent choice for your company and I am also studying towards a Degree in Accounting Science. I have an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels with construction workers, office workers, & deal with enquiries within the Petrochemical Industry.

Pros: My most significant personal values are: Honesty, loyalty, independence, good team player, goal orientated, ambitious, willingness to learn new things, quick learner and my fondness to new challenges.

Good expeirience

The biggest challenge as a safety personnel is working with managers who don't care about safety of employees, only cares about production and how much lost. secondly building a relationship between your self, employees and supervisors cause first thing some of the employees are un educated you struggle with language barrier in order to communicate with them you need to have a translator or have some pictures to show them but I enjoy working doing induction training and presentations on employees. I learn to always be calm when dealing with people cause some people will say something's that will make you loose your temper but unfortunately as a professional you not allowed to be emotional, all you need is to be calm and address the issue politely and make sure the message is loud and clear.

Experience gained

Great company to work for just limmited promotion. Salary not great, but verry profesional. Only bad thing only contract no permanent positions. Top executive management no stabillity.

Great experience

I have been exposed in over working more overtimes and holidays, Many employees appreciate the coaching and advises i give to them, my team works perfect when i am around with my skilled experience i give. I enjoy seeing site running smoothly without incidents or stoppages

Good for gaining experience

Flexible hours Constant overtime I've learned to understand people from all walks of life You learn more on workplace safety Work Starts at 7:00 till 17:00 Challenges arise everyday due to meeting targets and objectives. Project bonuses and rewards are a great incentive for meeting targets and objectives
