i was working with computer the whole day i was friend person and talkative person i have flow to speak with patient ,how to work with them i was enjoyed because staff teach everything

Management & communication

Employees & mangers should have a good working relationship. The ability to see things from both sides. everyone should bring their part not one person doing extra & one less.

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot about day to day operations and how important is consistence. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers as we are working as teams and assisting each other.

I am grateful for the experience that I obtained from one of the biggest hospitals in S.A.

ABasically every day is buisy, that means few or no leasure time. There was agud relationship with colleagues as well as managers, because we would help each other on daily basis, for example ppulling up someones call and assist at the reception or door. II have learnt to use one of the sophisticated softwares that are used by the hospitals. I enjoyed working on fridays because its a shorter day as well as working at the reception. The most challenging part is to deal with insurancpeople.

Pros: Exiting and relevant job to what I've been studying for
Cons: Normal hours and short day on fridays
