Good in working with team

I love working monday's to fridays, and weekend if needed to do so, I have a very good relationship with all my co-,workers, I have learned a lot, especial knowing that as a person you cannot have all the information, we need each other to keep the job going,. I mostly enjoy typing. the most challenging aspects is when I do not have a complete working tools, or net work.

I am currently a logistics coordinator at Grindrod terminal in Richards bay. My job is too monito offloading of trains and supplying of trains to forward sidings. I am an excellent teamreaching targets and daily goals. The most challenging aspect of the job is reaching goals under pressure which I love the most player and get along ollegies I enjoy the rush of well with all my cmovement of trains from forward sidings to the terminal. A typical tat the office includes of

Excellent learning platform

Excellent place to gain experience and knowledge ,poor place for growth. Duties placed forth are as follows :- -Data capturing -SAP usage -Export handling -General office duties -Customer liason

Looking for career growth

I have worked in textiles, retail as well as Terminals as the executive personal assistant to the executive team as well as board of directors. I have worked in Durban as well as Richards Bay. I am still willing to work in both cities. Dealing with international clients as helped me grow professionally. I have experience in events management both domestic and international, travel arrange and management domestic and international. Diary management and over all office management.

A learning curve

It's a good company for start up career.working hours are also not hectic. Working together as a team. Lovely working environment. The challenge is promotion is minimal making hard for a person to grow

Learning curve

My typical workday is a nightmare for most of the time. You can never follow what you plan to do for the day as there are so many query requests and everything is urgent. i have a good relationship with my co workers although they would think twice aobut getting you in trouble. I have gained alot of experience working in the payroll department and was exposed to a whole new ball game when i started here. the best part of my job is dealing with employees and resolving their problems. the most challenging part is having new challenges every month....and what i enjoy is when deadlines are met on time even after all these challenges.
