Sharp learning curve

Rather, give an accurate picture of what it's like to work at your company. Include things like: - A typical work day - Your relationship with co-workers - What you have learnt - What you enjoy most

Excellent Learning Curve

I have learnt how to use different programs and had been exposed to challenges as well as challenging jobs that helped shape my career because due to having being through that, I have more confidence in tackling any job given to me. Sometimes there is a lot of overtime to be worked for but the management does not try hard enough to compensate for it. The hardest part of this job is to keep the managers and clients satisfied with service delivery. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the people in my department, seeing them grow and learn with me.

Pros: Flexible Hours
Cons: No medical, Provident Fund etc

Excellent learning Curve, and good exposure

I am an admin support for the audit division, interacting with lot of people of different educational levels. I have learned team work, time management, and consistency. I enjoy the audit stages, and what is done prior and after audit work. The audit environment, is a very pressurized working environment, also chasing after deadlines, needs a highly disciplined and hardworking people

Pros: Changing work environment
Cons: Long working hours, and far from home

Lack of communication in company

There is a lack of communication in this company and employees are undervalued and overworked. The partners expect too much from employees without any thanks given. People do not take responsibility for their own work which results in extra work.

Pros: Provide flexi hours
Cons: Salary is not enough for the amount and complexity of work
