Excellent learning curve

This is such an big establishment with good working historical,traditional,gender equality good relationship where an individual is a member of one big family,the opportunity to grow i vary, the opportunity to lean is given.in each very chance given and specific task give is an opportunity to lean,grow. I am happy to so its a good place to be.

Pros: loads of opportunities to grow one-self further. professionally working employees to create a professional environment. training's are basically a day by day situation to make a professional industry.
Cons: The are very long working hour but a chance or being consulted to do the long hour an over times are optional

Be a sponge

Customer service as my everyday job, but to me its not a job but my life, I love what I do. I meat different challenges like guest complaints etc but that is what gets me going the challenge. I love the word "we" because it means together as a team, . I have learned that there is no such thing as a stupid question ask as much as you can and make mistakes to learn from them.
