MIDDLE MANAGENET EXPERIENCE
Transport Supervisor, interpersonal skills, learnt the culture of the current employer, enjoy delegation of authority within employment, enjoy managing staff and training of staff. The most challenging aspects of my job is when to go through discipline of subordinate were unions are involved that need to be conversant with labour relation.

Great working environment • Administration of other HR practices and Basic Conditions: • Ensuring effective administration of Injury on Duty • Capture misconduct cases on Persal • Register information of misconduct cases for record purpose • Take minutes in the Labour meetings • Compile Labour Relations reports • Capture all correctly completed work plans on Performance Management Development System spreadsheet.

A typical day at the office entails carrying out office manager duties and processing payments,I have a good working relationship with my colleagues as they are my internal clients.Working with a big group of people is easy I have learnt tolerance,appreciating diversity and hard work.I enjoy solving and finalising challenges .

Learned everything about pensions even paying of death cases and estate late
In the 18 years I worked at Gpaa, I had an opportunity to work directly with the CEO as he was an open and free person to work with. He allows people that are focused and egged to learn to get all the opportunities they need. It was a place we called home as the allowed us as team leaders to evaluate staff yearly and give incentives for hard work. That is motivational even to those with no enthusiasm.
Pros: Growth is possible for those that are hungry for it

Big back log of benefit payable to Civil servants.
Very busy day at work with the back logg of benefits payable to Civil servants. Relationship with co-workers are good Laws and Act governing the pension fund Working to get the benefits paid in time and on time Outdated slow computers.
Pros: Know the Benefits admin enviroment very well.

Excellent learning curve
Working i a IT space its a bit challenging ,however, it comes with lots of experience especially with accounting and it . i have improved my communication with different levels of management , how to prioritize work, how to handle pressure and pay attention to details. In this section there is not much of development (i.e. accounting) ,However, one learns a lot of a fine line between management and / or financial accounting and IT. i have gain experience on budgeting , forecasting and a bit of project costing and really enjoyed it and would like to pursuit it, that is the reason why i following the CIMA route.

Manager
Conducting monitoring and evaluation activities in the regional offices. I work with different people from different levels, ranging from top management down to the service recipient. I have learnt that each person has a unique experience about the services offered. I enjoy diverse views and experiences of different people and getting new and interesting information each day. The challenge is the implementation of recommendations by management.
