How to work under pressure

My review about the company. I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues. I have learned a lot from the company 1. How to multi task 2. Adhere to deadlines 3. Team work. I enjoy most when I have to do my monthly reports that is the only part of the job I enjoy. A typical day would be when I have to do capturing which is OK.

Pros: No opportunity for growth

Working day

My job includes dealing with clients such as Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Dischem, etc. Overseeing over 1000 employees and dealing with their hardships as well as their joys. Keeping clients happy is one of my strong qualities and I enjoy learning how each client as different in their needs and their operations. I travel alot each day, sorting out any and all issues that may arise on each site.

Pros: Company vehicle and cellphone
Cons: Working 24/7, 365 days per year

Developed learning skills

It was such a dynamic working environment where by I was given a chance to practice what I've learnt from school it was a great opportunity , I worked well with my managers and colleagues yet the graduate program came to an end and it was a time to go, I knew I had to be at my best at every tasks assigned to me for instance resolving past disputes and I did very well, not working with systems as I was hoping I had be processing information directly but i came to understand the factor as everything was sent from site to head office yet I was on site

My working experience

Working for my company it is a challenge for me as I'm working with new and regular customers every day. It is a good experience for me but I'm not satisfied with my income as i have family to look after.

Pros: Maybe great opportunity but not sure about the criteria

GP Retail gave me my first opportunity

After achieving my post graduate degree and industrial psychology i was offered an internship at GP Retail operations (HR and Operational) this was a 12 month program after the year was up i got offered a operational position as a site manager a few months after an Area manager part of my job i do the recruitment and training for skilled to unskilled labour i deal with hr related matters on my sites i do the payroll for my employees i have 90-+ employees i manage day to day i prepare a monthly presentation for too my clients regarding the work i have have done for the month working here has giving me many skills i work well with diverse groups, i work will under pressure and i am goal driven

Good learning curve

I usually finish my work before it is due and I become bored as more work is not made available for me.
