Reporting directly to Regional Commissioner, Head Office & Premier as Parliamentary Liaison officer. Prepare monthly, quarterly bi-annual an annual performance management reports for the Region. Evaluate Performace & coordinate Management EXCO meeting to facilitate the conference ( group size 14 - 255), analyzing & identifying performance. Highlighting poor performance, good practices and corrective action to 7 Senior Managers, 41 Management Areas. Roll-out National Strategic Plan into Operational Plans for 41 managements areas. Co-ordinate Performance Management & assessment of 6641 personnel in the Region. Enjoy analysing information, develop and enhance performance and conduct research where workflow processes require intervention. Most challenging part is to ensure feedback reaches my office timeously to consolidate and develop reports. Enjoy transferring skills to co-workers and see them develop successfully. I enjoy management research and analysis.

Iwork in an atmosphere requiring self-inspiration and driven approach. A team worker,consciousness about timeliness. ,also technologically savvy,to enhance skills in a wide range of employment techniques’ Learning from observation, and practicing promotes my communication techniques. Train myself to be as courteous as possible, polish my people skills and do my best to be fun public relations individual. Ensuring that I win clients confidence and use this to the benefit of the organization I work for. currently its a on the ball kind of environment. Ensuring a balance between social and academic is the main goal to keep motivated and close the gap on errors. learning is literally something done daily, there is always a new challenge that needs a clear mind to solve. the great thing is that we are always busy , but sometime juggling deadlines can be hectic. nothing i cant handle though- as i never step back.

Not getting benefits

I started working for this company last year. But the problem is its not the company anyone can stay in for the long time. It has no benefits. My manager is a bully and hold grashes. He makes sure that if he hates you. You must get fired no matter what. I work long hours .but never recognised. Instead you'll find them analysis mistakes or things that you did without their approval. He's not a good leader. He never listens to employees. His solutions are only to fired and charge everyone.

I do GIS support for planners

I do GIS support for infrastructure team in the Department. I did GIS previously to support planners (Town planners, Geologists )to do feasibility studies projects (that is exploration projects or Upgrading of Informal Settlements projects)

Pros: The form of promotion is only one applies for a higher post
Cons: The normal working hours are from 7h30 to 16h30
