Excellent learning curve

I am a PA to the GM who heads 5 sub-units under 5 Senior Managers. My relationship with all is good because at the end of the day we are a team that makes what we call P2.1. GPAA has taught me patience, tolerance, integrity, compassion, good communication, courtesy, service excellence and respect I enjoyed being part of a hard-working team of P2.1. Most of the Quarter's we will come up tops as per Monitoring and Evaluation Report on Quarterly Performance per sections. The most challenging aspects of my job was having to deal with unhappy clients at times their pain affects you as a person and at times you deal with a case that is out of your hands due to delays on the third-party,

Cons: Not being able to assist a client to their satisfaction due to delays on the third-party side

Excellent exposure to working environment

It was a great opportunity to work there because there lot of challenges that allows us to build our behavior and agood character. Co workers are easy to approach and they are willin.Today I can say that I am a good problem solver and committed person because of them.i enjoyed training sessions there because they opened my mind, the way of thinking as a public servant.The most challenging things there adherence oto Covid 19 protocol to the clients, because they don't want to follow them.helphas

Reporting skills,attention to detail.

My primary activity at my current work is to ensure compliance to policies and legislation of supply chain. Evaluating and closing of bids. Attend specification committee, bid evaluation meeting nd submitting pck to BAC. Ensuring that a file which I'm currently work on is in compliance with the requirements of PFMA. My relationship with coworker is excellent, I am a team leader and self motivator.I have learnt that good reporting skills, attention to detail as I work with large projects which needs a focused person and who abides by policies. I enjoy giving advices to business units during evaluation and also answering queries of internal and external clients regrading status of bids. The challenging part closing bid, evaluating bids and doing administration duties and also editing RFP and RFQ.

Cons: Not being appreciated when I have done outstanding job with no audit query.

Exellent communication skills

I started resuming my duties in the Hospitality, Administration, Corporate, Communication and Government sector at large on the 1st October 2004 till currently as far as my working experience in Administration, Communications, Hospitality and Project coordination support services are concerned. I am committed in pursing my career performance in the Administration and Management field work that I love and enjoy, and prepared to grow as a young woman in this field through career advancement and more training and workshops. In addition with my skills and experience both in Government and Private sector followed by stakeholder relations and good communications skills acquired in working with Executives and Clients at large, I would bring to the post requirements a proven ability to deal successfully in the field or level as required and expected of me.I am available for interviews and work immediately you need me with a 1 month notice period to serve from my current employer before exit.

Meticulous Payroll Administrator, with over 5 years experience.

Daily allowance allocation reimbursement for official travel, calculating, working on employees salary adjustments or structures from allowances to deductions or dis-allowance and recovery of any type of over-payment. I am a professional and friendly individual who can work with any team in the world. In my 6 years of service I have worked with four organisations. I have transferred due to promotion which has taught me a lot about the important of going an extra mile in every task be it completing in time to recheck my work. I love financial mathematics part of my job and working with systems. Being a Payroll Administrator is about resolving challenges which I find very much interesting for me as my mind is always applied and working according to finer details and not misreading financial prescripts.

Brilliant growth and to learn more

Working for GPAA has taught group work and to work with diverse people and offered me an opportunity of interacting with people from different levels. I have learned self discipline and to time manage myself. I have learnt to be professional and team work. We work under strict time lines and I have learnt to be accountable and dead line driven. We face late service delivery sometimes when working with other mangers from other sections .

Excelent team work

In my organisation , we promote team work culture with all the employees. We always work under pressure, but the team spirit is good. I have learnt managing a big team and good working relation with the sebiors as well and the subordinates. The most chalenging part of my job is to always meet the customer satisfaction at all time with the limited resources.
